Help With Fees (Court Forms)

You may – depending on your financial circumstances – be eligible for help with court fees.

Eligibility

Whether you’re eligible depends on:

· how much money you have in savings

· which benefits you get

· your income

I can complete this simple online form with you on the www.gov.uk website (it takes about 10 minutes). Other than your name, date of birth, current address etc., you will need to know your national insurance number or, if the application is in joint names, your spouse’s national insurance number as well (this number will not be retained).
